February 2006 to May 2007

Customer Service Representative, 21st Century Leasing, San Diego, CA

This position enabled me to use my talents to market lease financing to our past customers and also to prospective vendors.   I communicated with companies across the country attempting to sell our lease financing services.  Extensive computer work, using Microsoft Access, email, fax and a large amount of phone calls is how I spent most of my day.  I was also responsible for organization of leads and follow up of interested prospects.

May 2005 to December 2006

Shipping Receiving Clerk, Remedy Staffing, San Diego, CA

This position was obtained through a temporary agency.  Although I was an employee of the agency, most of my time was spent working for Dunn-Edwards Paints.  At Dunn-Edwards Paints, I was responsible for the warehouse.  My activities included receiving the product from the delivery truck and making sure the order was correctly filled.  I was also responsible for putting the stock away in the appropriate location and ordering for the next delivery.  Some time was spent helping customers in a customer service/sales oriented atmosphere.

October 2000 to July 2001

Kitchen Helper, Horizon Christian Fellowship, San Diego, CA

In this position, I worked with the kitchen staff and assisted in prepping food, washing dishes, and cleaning the kitchen.  The staff fed the high school for breakfast, snack, and lunch.  I also had some cash handling experience in this position.

September 2000 to January 2001

Telesales Representative, Software of the Month Club, San Diego, CA

In this position, I called prospective customers and current clients and attempted to sell them software.  I consistently met weekly quotas.  This was a semi-full time position which was held simultaneously with the above position.

October 1999 to May 2000

Telesurvey Representative, Luth Research, San Diego, CA

I conducted surveys using a predictive dialer and scripts on a computer terminal.  There was a quota that we had to meet daily, and I met them consistently.  I was always prompt for work and never missed a day.

March 1995 to September 1996

Senior Sales Representative, Ambassador/Canon, Schaumburg, IL

The office products industry is very challenging, lucrative and exciting.  I was given a geographic sales territory, a phone, and a customer list and was told to hit the streets.  My compensation was a base salary and an aggressive commission structure.  My sales performance consistently met and exceeded both monthly and quarterly quotas.
